Writey School Terms of Use
Writey B.V. is pleased to provide you with its mobile applications and any related documentation (each, an “App,” and collectively, the “Apps,” including “Writey School”). PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING ANY APPS, as it governs your use of the Apps and how we provide them.
A. AGREEMENT
This End-User License Agreement (EULA), including any Supplemental Terms, is a legal contract between you and Writey B.V. for using the Apps. By using the Apps, you agree to this EULA, confirm you own or control the device on which the App is installed, and assert your authority to comply with its terms. This EULA also covers updates and services not under a separate agreement. If you do not agree with this EULA, do not use the Apps. We may update these terms, notifying you of significant changes through in-app messages. Continued use after updates means acceptance. Contact us at support@writey.app with questions.
Use of the Apps is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. The Apps may be available through marketplaces that distribute mobile applications and may have additional terms, conditions, and usage rules that govern your use of the Apps.
B. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 13 years of age or older to install or use the Apps. If you are at least 13 (or 16 in the EEA) but not yet 18 years of age, please have your parent or legal guardian review this EULA with you and install the Apps for you.
NOTICE TO PARENTS AND GUARDIANS: By granting your child permission to download and access an App, you agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA on behalf of your child. You are responsible for supervising your child’s online activities.
C. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to compliance with this EULA, Writey B.V. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access, download, and install the most current version of the Apps on a single authorized mobile device for lawful, personal, and non-commercial use.
D. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

- App Updates: We reserve the right to modify or enhance the Apps by adding or removing functionalities. Updates may occur automatically or after notifying you.
- Access Requirements: You are responsible for your own device, internet connection, and any associated costs. Compatibility with all networks and devices is not guaranteed.
E. APP FUNCTIONALITY
The Apps may provide features, functionalities, and services that change over time. Writey B.V. does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Apps.
F. THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS
The Apps may integrate third-party services and content, subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Writey B.V. is not responsible for third-party content, services, or external links.
G. SECURITY
While we strive to secure the Apps, we cannot guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access, interception, or misuse. You acknowledge that using the Apps carries inherent security risks.
H. CONSENT TO USE OF DATA
We may collect technical data to enhance user experience, such as app performance metrics. No personally identifiable information is collected.
I. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents related to the Apps, belong to Writey B.V. or its licensors. Unauthorized use of intellectual property is prohibited.
J. TERMINATION
Your rights under this EULA will terminate immediately if you fail to comply with its terms. Writey B.V. may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time without notice.
K. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Writey B.V. makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
L. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Writey B.V. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Apps.
